Repeated sprints

Pull-ups
Pull-up sets are short, intense efforts repeated with few breaks. The beneficial effect of creatine on this type of exercise is obtained with 3 g of creatine a day; strength and technique are built with consistent training and a varied, balanced diet.
What it does, why it works and how to take it.
In heavy sets and sprints your muscle burns ATP, its instant fuel, and runs out within seconds. Creatine is stored in muscle as phosphocreatine and recharges ATP on the spot. With full stores you get one or two extra reps, recover better between sets and, week after week, train with more weight. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise, with 3 g a day.
Creatine monohydrate is the most researched form: no "advanced" version has proven to work better. Micronised means finely milled, so it dissolves better in water, with no grit at the bottom of the glass. One ingredient, no fillers.
Creatine isn't a stimulant: it works by filling your muscle stores, so consistency matters, not timing. Take the daily dose every day, rest days included, in 200 ml of water. After a few weeks your stores are full, and that's when you feel the difference in the gym. Unflavoured: you can add it to your shake too. Made in Germany.
